Wheat & PulsesThick Grader or Thin Grader machine has been designed for separating rice into two fraction on two basis of difference in thickness i.e. Thicker than rice or thiner than rice, to obtain an uniform size of final product with better quality for more value. The machine is consists of two, four and six ratating cylinders assembled in to single unit depending on the capacity required.In case of Thick Grader, the machine is required to be installed after paddy separator on separation of brown rice. The brown rice enters the cylinders at one end, the bigger rice (thick rice with other fraction) is carried to the outlet and rice passes down through the perforations.In case of Thin Grader, the machine is required to be installed after polishers for separation of thin rice or smaller broken, The polished rice enters the cylinders at one end, the good uniform size rice carried tot he outlet and thin fraction passes down the perforation in the cylinder.
