Salient Features

- A patented stroke adjusting device to ensure precise separation of paddy from rice for any variety of paddy.
- The compartment assembly is built on a rigid steel frame.
- The flooring sheet and zig-zags made from heavy guage cold rolled steel sheets.
- A Feed box with a finely adjustable slide gate is mounted on the top of the compartment for accurate feeding to all compartments.
- A teak wood paneling encloses the compartments.
- A drive unit supports the compartment assembly on rubber wheels.
- The eccentric device mounted on the flywheel engages with the compartment unit to provide oscillation to and fro movement.
- Provided with easy device to to alter the inclination of table to achieve perfect separation.

Paddy Seperator (Stainless Steel Construction)

        
Dandekar Variable Stroke Paddy Separator is the latest development
          with use of high quality Stainless Steel for Flooring Sheets, Zigzags
          and complete covering of separation Table. The separation of paddy and
          brown rice improves better than CRCA Sheets as the smoothness of SS
          sheets remain glossy in any season. Also due to wet paddy or rice, it
          does not make any effect on separation chamber and efficiency on separation
          remains better than CRCA sheets.
